Refund Policy
If an event is canceled due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance, teams will be eligible for the following refunds or credits:
- 0 games played = 100% credit towards a future event, or a full refund minus $100 administrative fee.
- 1 game played = 50% credit towards a future event, or a 50% refund minus $100 administrative fee.
- 2 games played = No refund or credit.
Refund Policy due to Team Cancellation
Notice of withdrawal from any tournament must be received in writing at least three weeks prior to the start of the tournament to be eligible for credit or a refund, minus the $100 administrative fee.
If you withdraw from a tournament within three weeks of the start of the tournament, you will forfeit the entire entry fee.
All refunds will incur a $100 Administrative Fee. $100 Administrative Fee will be waived if you choose to use the credit towards another Qtown Tournament.
When requesting a refund, please allow for 14 business days to process your request.
